The Ladies of Club Tocumwal kicked off the week on Tuesday, March 26, with the Annual Anti-Cancer Pink Day, raising funds for breast cancer research.

It was an incredible day of golf on the course, and it was great to see so many beautiful faces get involved, raising money and awareness for such an important cause.
We had 64 women out playing, dressed all in pink.
The competition of the day was Stableford on the Captain’s Course.
A-grade: Bobette Wilkinson 38; r/u Michelle Pearce 37; 3rd Michelle Field 35.

On Wednesday, March 27, the men stepped out onto the President’s Course playing Stableford.

Friday’s winner was John Walkerden (40-4-36). John also won the putting with 13 putts.
Runner-up was Jeff Stein (46-10-36), and the ball winner was Peter Shand (47-10-37).
Saturday’s winner was Joe Nicholls (43-9.5-33.5), and runner-up was Lachlan Whelan (39-5.5-33.5).
Putting went to Joe Nicholls with 12 putts, and Doug Cameron, Jeff Stein, and Kath Harris were ball winners.
Chris Cameron won the Crew Cup with his five putts on the 7th hole.
Sunday’s winner was Rick Bradbury (79-7-72), who also won the putting with 28 putts.
Runner-up was Joe Nicholls (93-19-74), and the ball winner was Paul McVicor (98-22-76).
Friday is the Ladies Open Tournament, at 9.30am, for a 10am tee off.

Sunday is the Men’s Open Tournament, 9.30am for a 10am tee off.

It was the PA & JL Scott Stroke Day for the ladies on Wednesday.
A score of 71 net gave Mary Polkinghorne the day’s competition trophy.
The putting competition went to Tess Dean with 29 putts.
Winners in the ball competition were Kaye Sutton and Tess Dean, who finished on 73 net.
Marty Piggin, with 35 points, claimed the win when Stableford was played by the men on Wednesday.
Marty also took NTP on the 18th.
Ball competition winners were John Taylor, 31, and Alan Hand, who finished with 30 Stableford points.
Mary Polkinghorne on 22 points, came home the winner when Stableford was played at the nine-hole competition on Thursday.
Leo McNamara, with 16 points, was a winner in the ball competition.
With conditions perfect, a handy field turned out for the Berriquin Funerals Day of the Easter break on Friday.
Stableford was played with James Peck on 39 points as the Men’s Division winner, and Leanne Marshal (Black Bull) took the Women’s Division with 34 points.
NTP on the 18th was James Peck.
Ball competition winners were David Henderson (Tocumwal) 35, Trevor McCaw 34 and Lochlan Caldwell also with 34 Stableford points.
Again, in perfect conditions, a field boosted by visitors played Stableford on Saturday at the Country Club Hotel Motel Day of the Easter weekend.
Men’s Division winner was Lindsay Donkin on 42 points, with Tess Dean taking the Women’s Division with 31 points.
NTP on the 13th was Kellie White and on the 18th was Richard Herd (Barwon Heads).
Ball competition winners were Sam Singleton 35, Colin McNamara 35, Jason Pyle 34, Lochlan Caldwell 34, Tony Smith 34, and Kellie White who finished with 28 Stableford points.
There was a smaller field on Sunday when Stroke was played on Berriquin Funerals’ second day of the Easter Break.
Finishing with 71 net, Lochlan Caldwell was the Men’s Division winner with Sue Simpson, after countback on 80 net, the winner of the Women’s.
NTP on the 18th was Colin McNamara.
Ball competition winners were Jacob Smith, 73, and Colin McNamara, who finished on 76 net.
On the final day of the Easter Break, Mixed Fourball was played for trophies from the Barooga Sporties.
The day was highlighted with an Eagle 3 on the Par 5, 10th hole.
Mary Polkinghorne and Sam Hurlston, with 45 Stableford points, came in as the day’s winners.
The winner in the PWP Division was Jacob Smith with 39 points.
NTP on the 13th was Kim McCaw, and on the 18th, it was Harry Daniel.
Ball competition winners were Trevor and Kim McCaw, with Reece Simmons and Julie Gregory, each with 42 points, Alan Hand, 34, and Tony Smith, who finished on 33 Stableford points.
