The meeting point is the ‘Welcome to Berrigan’ sign on the Albury road, just outside the Tank Paddock.
It will start at 9am and finish at 11am, with morning tea at conclusion.

A great celebration was held for Lesley Fankhauser on the weekend.
Lesley turned 97 and had a great afternoon at the Community Club with family and friends.

In the wake of the recent devastating earthquakes, the Australian Red Cross has opened an appeal for Turkey /Syria.
Donations may be left at the Berrigan Red Cross Shop in Chanter St.
Further fundraising for the appeal will be hosted by the Berrigan Red Cross through a raffle on election day, March 25.

The next race meeting for the Berrigan Race Club will be Saturday, March 4.
This race meeting is in conjunction with the Finley Chamber of Commerce.
It will be a 5 race programme featuring the Finley Autumn Cup.
Full TAB and bookmaker facilities are available on course.
There will also be entertainment for the kids, with a jumping castle and face painting and the ever popular fairy floss, ice creams and popcorn.
The country fashions on the field will include Lady of the Day, Couple of the Day and Young Race Goer Under 18, with prizes sponsored by local businesses.
This is always a great day.

There is a lot of lost property in the box at the Berrigan War Memorial Pool.
Please ask if you think you may have left something.
Any items left at the end of the season will be donated to charity.
Lap swimming is still on from Sunday to Thursday at 6pm for anyone interested.
The pool will close mid-March, depending on weather and patronage.

The first meeting of Berrigan’s Unites Hospitals Auxiliary and the Amaroo Auxilliary will be held on February 27 at the Madill Centre from 11am.
Please note the change of time and meeting place.
Members look forward to seeing you there, and new members are most welcome.

The Decommissioning Mass of Saint Brendan's Catholic Church will take place at 11am on Sunday, March 12.
This will be presided over by Bishop Mark Edwards of Wagga Wagga Diocese.
A light luncheon will follow at the Savernake School of Arts Hall.
All past and present parishioners, families and friends are cordially invited to attend.

Sunday, March 26 is the new date for the Berrigan IGA sponsored four person Ambrose golf event, where there will be some great prizes up for grabs.
This is a major fundraiser for the club.
Tee off will be at 10am, and a barbecue lunch will be provided in the entry price of $25.

Registration costs $10 and needs to be dropped into the Berrigan Bookshop by Thursday, March 23 to get your garage sale on the map and receive your Garage Sale sign.
