Round two of the Growing Regions Program will open on September 5, offering funding for capital works programs that “enhance livability, boosts social cohesion, and supports local amenity throughout Australia's regions”.
Administered by the Federal Government, local government entities and incorporated not-for-profit organisations are eligible to apply.
Grants are generally between $500,000 and $15 million.
Regional Development Australia Murray is offering to provide letters of support for local applications.
Requests for letters must be received by September 20, by calling (02) 6060 2491 or sending an email to team@rdamurray.org.au.
Applications will need to meet eligibility criteria, which can be viewed before applications open.
