Volunteers are urged to attend and have their say, and bring any ideas to keep the shop going.
Peter Burgess from the Wagga St Vincent de Paul Society will be present, as well as Viv McGee, Berrigan, representing the Regional St V de Paul Society.

Members of St Andrew’s Uniting Church Jerilderie community have decided to reconvene in a slightly different format to fit in with COVID-19 restrictions.
As from August 2, devotions will be held in the church hall (not the church), at 10am on the first and third Sundays of every month.
Srict COVID-19 protocols will be followed.
Parishioners decided that this less formal gathering will help to provide the social contact so many are missing at present.

This COVID-19 poem was written by Jerilderie's Sadie Herrick.
So, you are in lockdown.
You’re feeling all alone.
The only way to talk
Is use the bloody phone.
You don’t know what they are wearing
Or even see their face
Maybe they are in the nuddy
Dancing ‘round the place!!
But wait, there is FaceTime
And Zoom and House Party too.
Skype and spying little drones
Will bring the people to you.
So we had better dress up
And make the house look nice.
Pretend that all the world
Is really sugar and spice.
But when you come to think of it
Our world is a wonderful place.
Hope and love and kindness
Will put a smile upon your face.
We can’t give hugs and kisses
Just a tap with our feet.
But we can share that smile
With everyone we meet.
Smile and the world smiles with you.
Cry and you cry alone.
Find fun things to talk about
And get on that bloody ‘phone.
