To help celebrate, Murrumbidgee Council is offering free activities in a Youth Holiday Break Program for various age groups living in the council area.
In Jerilderie on Monday, April 15, from 11am to 3pm, it will be Read the Play, involving trivia, games, prizes and fun, for ages 14 to 18. Lunch and snacks are provided.
On Wednesday, April 17, for ages 12 to 18, there will be a bus trip to Wagga for paintball and bowling.
In Darlington Point on Wednesday, April 24, there will be a beginner skate workshop from 11am.

Don’t forget that Jerilderie CWA is hosting a CPR training day tomorrow, Thursday, March 21, from10am, at the CWA Bolton St meeting rooms.
Training will be facilitated by NSW Ambulance crews from Jerilderie with back-up from members.
Interested community members will be warmly welcomed.

The 34th annual Good Friday Appeal is being held on Friday, March 29 at the Jerilderie Sports Club.
Ambrose golf, both 18 and nine holes, will be played. Please fill in the timesheet at the club.
An auction and raffles will be run and drawn from 6pm.
The committee would appreciate some helpers to ensure the program runs smoothly.
Volunteers for tin rattling around town (meet at the club at 9.30am), and selling raffle tickets at the club during the day will be warmly welcomed.

The Easter Service this year at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Jerilderie, will be the Easter Vigil Mass on Saturday, March 30, at 6pm.
