Just a reminder that the Vietnam Veterans Vigil will be held throughout Australia tomorrow, including at Finley.
At 11am the Finley RSL Sub-branch will hold a service in the Finley cemetery, at the grave site of Private Matthew Loughman.
The service will then move to the grave site of Private Roger Hanlon.
Members of the Finley RSL Sub-branch would appreciate the support of the community by attending the service, to recognise the sacrifices these two local soldiers made for our country.
You can read more about Pte Hanlon on page 5 of today’s edition.

The lovely team at the Finley Community Help Group have generously donated $3,000 to Finley Regional Care.
This donation is their annual donation to cover FRC’s bus insurance.
The bus is used weekly for outings with our residents, and is an important part of FRC’s activity sessions for residents.
So a very big thank you to the Finley Community Help Group.
