Winners of barefoot bowls this week with the lowest winning score was hotly contested and went to Ken and Al (surnames not provided).
Barefoot will continue each week with pennant having a week off.
There is a two bowls triples game this Saturday to keep things interesting.

With the forecasted heatwave on Saturday, all matches started at 9.30am to beat the scorching temperatures.
The Curlews had a solid day, securing two wins out of three matches.
After two weeks on the road, Division 2 returned to the nest and continued their winning streak with a hard-fought victory over Tocumwal, finishing 70-48 (16-0).
Rick Bradbury maintained his undefeated season with a 21-12 win.
Paul Glanvill pulled away late to secure a 24-19 victory, and Roger Reynoldson made a stunning comeback to win 25-17.
The Curlews hold top spot on the ladder at the halfway point of the season.
An undermanned Division 3 team travelled to Tocumwal and put up a valiant fight, despite a 52-64 (2-14) loss.
Alex Dalgleish and his rink, including Paul McVicar, Kura Goldsmith, and Geoff Blake, found their form with a 22-11 win.
Rob Tucker's rink showed bravery in their 20-29 loss, and Hardy Rennick, returning after two weeks away, will surely benefit from the run despite a 10-24 loss.
Division 3 sits seventh on the ladder after seven rounds.
Division 5 triumphed over an understrength Cobram team with a 51-26 (0-14) victory, maintaining their top position on the ladder.
Rob Beard played well with a 32-9 win against a Cobram rink one player short, and Steve Gann made a remarkable comeback to win 19-17.
Murray Cameron, stepping up from barefoot bowls to pennant, delivered a respectable performance as a substitute lead in Gann’s rink.
Next week is a general bye for all Saturday pennant teams.
Despite a tough 52-67 (2-14) loss to Cobram last week, the midweek Curlews remain in fourth place on the table.
Glenys McKay secured a 21-15 win, while Mary Curtin and Val Chisholm faced narrow defeats. This week, the Curlews have a bye.
Taking advantage of the pennant bye, the men’s and ladies’ pairs competition starts this Saturday.
The format is 15 ends of 2x2x2x2, with entries closing at 6pm on Friday.
The Barefoot Bowls season is heading towards an exciting conclusion, with five teams still in contention for the final.
The undefeated Eagles lead with 22.5 points, while FIIK, in second place with 18.5 points, must defeat the Eagles on Wednesday to secure their spot in the final.
Dunnos, 29 Toes, and CSI, all tied at 15 points, need a two-set win this week to leapfrog FIIK.
Finals night is set for Wednesday, December 4 with fine money going over the bar.
The following Wednesday, December 11 will feature a ‘singles shootout’ competition, open to all barefoot bowlers except club playing members.
