The two sides will face off against teams representing the Murrumbidgee Cricket Council, at Hay Park Oval, in Hay.
Lucas Grieves, from Tocumwal Cricket Club, will represent the Southern Riverina Cricket Council (SRCC) in the under-13s age group 3 Rivers Cup, playing off against Murrumbidgee Cricket Council (MCC).
Jordan Swann from Berrigan Cricket Club has been selected in the under-15s side.
Both players have just concluded Country Week last week, both with strong performances.
In his second match against Seymour District, Lucas bowled a tight and damaging spell, taking three wickets from just over four overs.
Jordan, in the second game for his side, made an unbeaten 50 against the Goulburn Murray under-15s team.
Another player selected from the area is Daniel Burn, who is attached to the Deni Rhinos and has been selected for the SRCC’s under-13s team.
Daniel was a teammate of Lucas in the under-13s Country Week competition, where he made two big scores of 48 and an unbeaten 50.
This Sunday’s under-13s game will be played on oval two at Hay, and the under-15s playing on oval one.
Both sides will start their matches at 10am and players are asked to arrive by 9am.
If players are travelling on the Saturday and staying that night in Hay, they have been invited along to dinner at the New Crown Hotel at 7pm Saturday.
